*1. WHO I AM* My name is Redson Mboma, 27. ICT Graduate 2022. After school I had no job. I started with 1 second-hand bike bought from my school pocket money. Today I operate 3 bikes and employ 3 youth in Karonga. *2. THE PROBLEM* Students walk 10km to school. Farmers cannot get goods to market. Youth are unemployed. With only 3 bikes, I turn away 20+ people every day. *3. MY SOLUTION: 12-MONTH OWNERSHIP MODEL* I am requesting $2,000 to buy 4 more bikes. How it works: - *Months 1-12*: Youth rider pays 5,000 MWK daily. This covers fuel, repairs, and project costs.- *After 12 months*: The bike is GIFTED to the rider. It becomes 100% theirs.- *Month 13*: I buy a new second-hand bike and employ 1 new youth. This creates a cycle of new bike owners and new jobs every year in Karonga. *4. IMPACT* With $2,000: - *4 New Jobs* created immediately - *200+ People* served weekly with transport - *Long-term*: Every year 4 more youth become business owners *5.
