Native Initiative for Sustainable Development (NISUD) is a registered Malawian non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture, protecting children's rights, and supporting marginalized vulnerable groups within communities. Guided by a community-led, human rights-based approach, NISUD safeguards fundamental rights such as food security, children's welfare, and social inclusion. The organization emphasizes the significance of traditional indigenous knowledge in environmental conservation and cultural sustainability. NISUD focuses on empowering children, youth, indigenous farmers, rural communities, and marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities, women, adolescent girls, and people with albinism. Our vision is to empower communities, nurture children, and preserve cultural heritage for a sustainable society. Through initiatives in sustainable agriculture, children's rights protection, and support for vulnerable groups, NISUD promotes both traditional and modern development strategies, ensuring the realization of basic human rights.
