Hello. I am Deogracias Benjamin Kalima from Malawi. I am a freelance journalist reporting climate change and sustainability. I recently lost a job due to shift of focus by my employers.

Now being a freelance journalist, I am only able to provide for my family but not enough to go on with home construction me and my wife commenced earlier this year. It is for this reason that I am seeking donations from family and friends so that we are able to complete a three bedroomed house we are constructing here in Blantyre Rural, Malawi.

We need about US$2,000 to reach a habitable situation of the house. This money will enable us to buy additional bricks, bags of cement, corrugated iron sheets, roofing material like timber and it’s related materials, electrical wiring materials. With these things done, we will be able to take occupancy of the house and make it our home forever. Kindly support us.
