Covers mobile money charges, PayChangu gateway fees and running the platform. It is the only fee deducted from donations.

Withdrawals
Once your balance reaches MK20,000, withdraw to your wallet or bank account. Payouts take no more than 2 days.

We review every new campaign before it goes live.
Card donations
Card issuers may separately charge donors international or foreign exchange fees. Those are not charged by Chithandizo.
